Sometimes we set unrealistic expectations for ourselves not taking into account every single aspect of our lives that take up time and energy. Working your way up to doing daily tasks by striving to do it at least once a week can set you up for success because if you did it once you can definitely do it again!

Yumna Samie attended ASU all of their undergraduate career and will be attending UMass Amherst for grad school starting in the fall. For their Undergrad, Yumna double majored in English and Communication and for their Graduate degree, they will be focusing on Learning, Media, and Technology. During their undergrad, they participated in the communication and public speaking mentoring lab, CommLabASU and currently works in academic publishing at SAGE publishing, as a Product Associate. Yumna is a first-generation student and their educational path involved going to a 4-year institution after high school.
