Yumna Samie attended ASU all of their undergraduate career and will be attending UMass Amherst for grad school starting in the fall. For their Undergrad, Yumna double majored in English and Communication and for their Graduate degree, they will be focusing on Learning, Media, and Technology. During their undergrad, they participated in the communication and public speaking mentoring lab, CommLabASU and currently works in academic publishing at SAGE publishing, as a Product Associate. Yumna is a first-generation student and their educational path involved going to a 4-year institution after high school.
