When you fill out the FAFSA you become eligible to receive a financial aid package to help you pay for college. This is usually a mix of grants, work-study and student loans from the government, as well as any additional aid offered by your school.
But remember the only way to become eligible for aid is by filling out the FAFSA! Go to studentaid.gov to fill it out now.
